By accessing or using the Northern Front Coffee website and placing orders through our online store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. If payment fails, no order is created.
We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta. Shipping times and costs are detailed on our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including origin, processing method, roast level, and tasting notes. However, coffee is an agricultural product and natural variation occurs between lots and harvests. Slight differences in flavor from batch to batch are normal and expected.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and design elements, is the property of Northern Front Coffee or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Front Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
