We ship all orders from our roastery in Calgary, Alberta. Coffee is roasted to order and typically ships within 1 to 2 business days of your purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the Canada Post website to monitor your delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at [email protected].
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside Canada and interested in our coffee, please reach out and we will do our best to find a solution.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other factors outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the ship date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the product, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Because we roast to order, your coffee will arrive at peak freshness. For the best experience, we recommend brewing within 4 weeks of the roast date printed on your bag.
